BNB's Belt SQ - Essentially a standing leg press that takes out the spine loading element of squatting allowing for increased leg volume and decreased back fatigue.

BNB Casual gym visit

General gym usage is just $10 per visit. 

$20 per casual visit to use one of the 3x Samtek training platforms - Samtek combo rack, Samtek bar and Samtek calibrated plates all on a competition platform. No free first visit available. 

$20 per casual visit to use the strongman equipment. No free first visit available.

BNB Saturday Strongman Session

Small group sessions are available Saturday Mornings with Coach G, Australia's Strongest Woman 2019.

Cost is $20 per session for BNB members, $30 per session for non members. Max of 4 participants per session.

Gym membership

$25 per week via direct debit with optional programming available for an extra $10 per week for BNB members. 

Membership includes assistance from qualified & experienced coaches during gym open hours.

No membership contracts, no joining fees, no cancellation fees.
